Accommodation

* Kathmandu is well connected by air. Buses are also available from Delhi, Varanasi, Raxaul, Siliguri, Sunauli (Bhairava), Nepalgunj (near Lucknow)

* Kathmandu climatic condition during August: Temperature 180-280 C

* Accommodation facility will be arranged for dates 17-20 August 2017 for all registered delegates arriving from outside Kathmandu valley. All of those who will register before early registration date, organizers will arrange accommodation for them and registration fees will take care of that expenses. Those who will do "Late Registration" they have to pay for their accommodation.

* Indian delegates do not need VISA. However they have to carry authentic identity proof

* The visa policy of Nepal is relatively liberal, allowing citizens of almost all nations to obtain a tourist visa on arrival

* Nepal Visa required in advance for nationals from countries: Afghanistan, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Ghana, Iraq, Liberia, Nigeria, Palestine, Somalia, Swaziland, Syria and Zimbabwe

Tourism is the largest industry in Nepal and its largest source of foreign exchange and revenue. Possessing eight of the ten highest mountains in the world, Nepal is a hotspot destination for mountaineers, rock climbers and people seeking adventure. The Hindu and Buddhist heritage of Nepal and its cool weather are also strong attractions.
